The Sorarado (ソララド?) album from the visual novel Clannad was first released on 28 December 2003 in Japan by Key Sounds Label bearing the catalog number KSLA-0009. The soundtrack contains a single disc with six songs composed, arranged, and produced by Jun Maeda, Shinji Orito, Magome Togoshi, Takumaru and Manyo. Riya wrote the lyrics for one of the songs and provides the vocals for the whole album, so Sorarado is considered her first solo album.

Sorarado is an image remix album, meaning that all of its songs are based on background songs from the Clannad Original Soundtrack, even if it was released six months prior to its source material. None of the tracks are included in the visual novel. However, they were later used as insert songs in the Clannad and Clannad ~After Story~ adaptations of the visual novel.

A follow-up album, Sorarado Append, was released exactly one year later, on 28 December 2004.
